Put your arm thru the sling, with the tail hanging down in
front of you.

Set it on your opposite shoulder with the rings high up on
your shoulder.

Pull the entire tail until the bottom of the sling is where
you would typically hold your baby.

Make a pocket out of the fabric. This is where you will be
sitting your baby in.

Pick your baby up and fold their legs froggy style, or criss
cross applesauce as my kids say it.

Carefully lower your baby into the pocket you formed in the
fabric earlier.

Still supporting your baby's weight tighten just the top rail
to make sure your baby cannot lean away from you.

Now you are hands free and your baby is securely in your
sling.
